From the Founders

Elevenpack began with a very simple idea:
we wanted to help more jewelry businesses become real brands with a clear identity and a stronger sense of expression.

Over the years, we’ve met many jewelry business owners who are deeply committed to what they make.
They have taste, passion, and a real dedication to their products.
But very often, while the product itself is already beautiful, the packaging is still treated as something that is “good enough for now.”
And to us, that always felt like a missed opportunity.

Because in the jewelry world, packaging is never just packaging.
It is often the first feeling a customer receives,
the most direct expression of a brand’s personality,
and an important step in turning a product into a brand.

That is also the idea behind the name Elevenpack.
It reflects a simple belief: 10/10 jewelry, 11/10 brand.
Our clients already have wonderful products. What we hope to add through packaging is that extra “one point” —
not to exaggerate, but to make the brand feel more complete, more recognizable, and more memorable.

We are two female founders born in the 1980s, and we both bring our own perspective on beauty, lifestyle, and product experience.
Fay comes from high-end cosmetics product development, with a deep focus on aesthetics, detail, and how people experience a product.
Autumn from premium tech appliance ecommerce, with years of experience in brand presentation, market communication, and customer experience.

Different industries, different paths —
but we both came to believe the same thing:

the jewelry packaging industry deserves to be done with more care.

We did not start this business just to sell packaging.
What we really wanted was to make this industry a little better in the places where it could be better.
We have always believed that every industry deserves to be done again —
not by repeating what already exists, but by offering better products, better packaging, and better service that truly respond to what customers need.

That is why Elevenpack was never meant to be just a supplier that sends quotes and ships orders.
